In 1982 a paint salesman named John Zeh, my father, grew tired after 31
years of selling paint for ever-growing larger corporations. He had already made his name successful in the industry by giving his clients the best customer service available- PERIOD!
Instead of sacrificing his customer service values, John left the large
corporations behind and started his own company. For the last 26 years
it has been known as simply the ZEH Company.
Now I, Donovan Zeh, after over 29 years as an Industrial Maintenance
Technician & Mechanic, with worn out hands, have also grown tired of working for large
corporations.
I have maintained equipment in every type of industrial setting- from freezers set at -20 degrees Fahrenheit in the meat packing industry, to my most recent job in the fiberglass lamination and fabrication department of a major marine manufacturer. I have earned a reputation for creating simple solutions to complex problems, and never quitting when resolving machine failures.
I know from personal experience what it's like to start a supposed 4 hour project at 3:00 am on Christmas mourning (my birthday) and have it turn into a 30 hour nightmare do to inferior tools and supplies. I REFUSE to allow my customers or their employees from suffering the same experience from the products I supply.
As the nut falls not far from the tree, I also have an unequivocal
commitment to customer service, and helping my customers "Get the Job
Done Right!" the first time, thus saving money in the process. In the name
of progress I have built this web site and named my “branch” of the Zeh Company: NC Abrasives & Paint Sundries.
